frequently asked questions
1. Do you have minimum order quantities?
No minimums. We can produce a single piece or large runs.
2. What is DTG?
3. What is Embroidery?
4. What is 3D Puff?
3D Puff is an embroidery technique that adds foam under the stitches to raise the design, giving it a bold, dimensional look. Commonly used on hats and hoodies for standout logos.
5. What file formats do you accept?
Preferred vector AI or EPS. High-quality PNG or JPEG (300 DPI with transparent background) also accepted.
6. What are the maximum print/embroidery areas?
DTG: 16"×20"
Embroidery: 14"x21"
7. What is the stitch count and how does it affect embroidery pricing?
Stitch count is the total number of stitches used to create your design. The higher the count, the more thread, time, and machine work required. Pricing increases with stitch count — we can estimate it from your artwork, but the final number is confirmed after digitizing.
8. What is digitizing and how much does it cost?
Digitizing converts artwork into a stitch file. One-time setup fee: $50 per new design.
9. Can you fix or clean up my files?
Yes. Printing files needing edits incur a $25 art fee.
10. What thread types do you offer & how do thread colors work?
We offer classic rayon and matte threads at standard pricing. For special finishes, we also carry novelty threads — including ombre, glow-in-the-dark, and reflective options — available for an additional $1 per piece. Color matching applies to embroidery thread only. Browse our thread colors page
11. What’s the deposit and how do I pay?
20% deposit starts all orders; balance due before pickup or shipping. Credit card fee 2–5%.
